Poster and Oral Presentation Competition

Submission Deadline: October 31, 2025, 00:00 (Late submissions will not be accepted)

I. Eligibility for Submission
Submitters must register for the annual conference. If multiple authors are submitting together, at least one person must register for the annual conference.

II. Scope of Submissions
All academic research related to regional anesthesia and pain management that has not been previously published in other journals is welcome for submission.

(BR) Basic Research
(CR) Clinical Research ( including meta-analysis )
(CI) Case Report/Image Report

IV. Submission Guidelines
Submissions are conducted in two phases: Phase 1 - Abstract submission, Phase 2 - Poster submission

1. Abstract Submission ( July 15, 2025 - October 31, 2025, 00:00 deadline )

A. Must include Chinese and English titles, authors and affiliations (first author should be listed first). Please indicate the submission category (BR)(CR)(CI) in the upper left corner.

B. This year, the society collaborates with the journal Signa Vitae( https://www.signavitae.com/journal-info/overview ) .Accepted abstracts can be published in Signa Vitae free of charge (no fees required but must still pass the editorial review process). If you only wish to submit to the society‘s abstract collection and poster presentation, and do not want your abstract published in the SCI journal Signa Vitae, please specify this in your reply email, which will not affect your submission rights.

C. Abstract content: Should include introduction (purpose), methods, results, conclusion (discussion), etc. Content should be written in either Chinese or English, limited to 500 words.

D. An acceptance letter and manuscript number will be sent within one week of receiving the abstract. Please place this manuscript number in the upper left corner of your electronic poster.

E. After abstract acceptance, either the first author or corresponding author must register for the annual conference and provide relevant registration confirmation materials.


2. Poster Submission (November 1, 2025 - November 7, 2025 upload deadline)

A. Eight outstanding posters will be selected for oral competition. Selected posters will be announced on the society website by November 18, and relevant personnel will be notified by email.

B. This annual conference uses electronic posters only; printed posters are not accepted. Outstanding poster evaluation will be based on electronic poster content.

C. Poster content should include authors, title, hospital name, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, references, etc., in either Chinese or English

D. Chinese text should use standard Kai font, English text should use Times New Roman. Limited to one page. Font size should consider optimal viewing effect.

E. References should be numbered according to the order of citation in the content, written as follows:

F. Tables:
Use numbers exclusively, e.g., Table 1. Each table must have a title. Figures: Each figure should be indicated with numbers (Figure 1). If there are sub-figures, use capital letters (Figure 1B). Each image file should be a clear original image of at least 300 dpi.

G. Data numbers should be written in Arabic numerals. All measurement units should use International System of Units symbols.

H. Please place the manuscript number in the upper left corner of the poster

I. After completion, please save as a PDF file.

J. Dimensions: Aspect ratio 70cm (width) × 100cm (length), or 1080 (width) × 1600 (length) pixels or higher.

K. Electronic posters require review. If dimensions or resolution do not meet requirements, the corresponding author will be contacted for corrections.

4. Outstanding Poster Competition

A .After the electronic poster submission deadline, the conference academic committee will screen all electronic posters. By the November 18, 2025, eight outstanding posters will be announced (3 basic research group, 3 clinical research group, 2 case reports group) for presentation and competition on November 30, 2025 (Sunday) morning. First author or designated co-author will give a 7-minute oral presentation followed by 3 minutes of Q&A. Presentation order and instructions will be separately notified and announced by the committee.
